To offer travelers more diverse and convenient transportation choices, starting August 3, 2026, eligible Taiwan PASS products will add the “Uber Rides | TWD 320 Airport Single-Ride Voucher” as a new option under “Choose 1 Scenic Area Transportation Option.”

Travelers may select this voucher in the Taiwan PASS App based on their itinerary and use it for eligible rides to or from Taipei Songshan Airport, Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, or Kaohsiung International Airport. It provides a more flexible and convenient way to travel between the airport, city areas, accommodation, and other destinations.

Eligible Airports

The voucher is valid for rides to or from the following airports:

• Taipei Songshan Airport

• Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport

• Kaohsiung International Airport

For each eligible trip, either the pickup location or the drop-off location must be within the designated area of one of the airports listed above.

Redemption and Usage

In the Taiwan PASS App, go to “Choose 1 Scenic Area Transportation Option” and select “Uber Rides | TWD 320 Airport Single-Ride Voucher.” Tap to redeem the voucher and obtain the voucher code, then add and use the voucher in the Uber App.

Please note that once the voucher has been redeemed, it cannot be canceled or changed, and its validity period will begin on the redemption date. Travelers must add the voucher to the Uber App and use it within 7 days after receiving the voucher code.

If the ride fare exceeds the voucher value, travelers must pay the remaining balance. The actual redemption procedure, usage terms, and eligible areas are subject to the information displayed in the Taiwan PASS App and Uber App.
